Cuplock CUPLOCK is a proven multipurpose scaffolding system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries.
Vertical / Standard Cuplock Verticals are available to suit any propping or access application economically. The connection point is set at 500 / 1000 mm vertical intervals for maximum venatility in use. The lower cups are welded in position, the upper moveable cups are retained by a fixed stop. The verticals are drilled for the fixing of SPIGOT joint. A bolt can be used to restrain upward forces if required. These are available in different sizes 3000 mm, 2500 mm, 2000 mm, 1500 mm, 1000mm or as required.
Cuplock Systes This is a multi purpose system which is used for plastering, supporting structures, for lift machines (Hoist) etc. This systems has horizontal and vertical members by cups provided on it. The cups on the vertical member are of malleable cast iron and pipes used are of 40 NB pipe, forged blades are welded on both corners.
Speed of Erection Cuplock Provides major savings in erection and dismantling times thus minimizing on site cost. It can be erected 75% faster than traditional scaffoldings. When not in use, its modular constructions ensure minimal space requirements for storage.
Simplicity and Strength The success of cuplock lies in the node point of fastening method. Four horizontal can be fastened at one time making a very rigid connection. The horizontal bear directly on the verticals and are firmly clamped by the action of the cup. There are no loose parts to lose. The rigid node point allows for high horizontal loads experienced with a 57kN leg load.
